I'm Manuela Ventura — a passionate cinematographer, photographer and filmmaker based in São Paulo. I hold a degree in 'Marketing & Advertising' from PUC Minas and I've studied filmmaking at the New York Film Acadamy (NYFA) in New York, where I realized my will of pursuing the cinematography career.

After graduating I've done some short-term courses in São Paulo, such as 'Direction of Photography' at Academia Internacional de Cinema; 'Narrative and Composition', 'Natural Lightining' and 'Mise-en-Scène' at Bucareste Ateliê de Cinema.
I seek beauty in everyday details. I like imperfections and the mundane.
